Rosie Animal Adoption
Rosie Animal Adoption is dedicated to the coordination of orphaned animals and adoptive homes into a support network to ensure the survival of unwanted pets. Rosie Animal Adoption will provide ongoing information and support to interested parties and pet lovers to ensure the humane and effective recovery of any pet in need. This is a non-profit charitable organization; funded by donations and hard work; dedicated to the welfare, protection, and safe adoption of house pets.

Rosie, our mascot, was rescued from an uncertain future at the age of two months, due to being homeless and having a pierced eye. She is now a happy, active and loved home pet, now over eight years old.
Rosie Animal Adoption was founded in 2001 when two friends, both volunteers at animal shelters, decided to combine forces and venture out on their own.
Rosie Animal Adoption is NOT a shelter and is not affiliated with any animal welfare or humane organization which makes our task even more difficult. They do not receive any financial assistance from these groups. We are a non-profit/charitable organization and we rely totally on the generosity and support of the public
Rosie Animal Adoption finds homes for dogs through our Foster Care and Adoption Care programs. Medical care, spaying and neutering and basic necessities such as food, shelter, kindness and compassion are provided by dedicated professionals and volunteers.

These groups from different parts of New Jersey all share the same passion – saving innocent, helpless dogs’ lives!
All the groups are volunteer based, non-profit organizations. All practice a strict no-kill policy. They focus on the elimination of the “disposable” pet concept and strive to educate the community on the importance of spaying and neutering animals.
These groups are strongly opposed to shelters inhumanely euthanizing animals simply because of overcrowding. They rescue animals primarily from shelters where this practice is widely used as a temporary solution to severe overpopulation problem.
The groups pay for boarding, any and all veterinary services necessary and
transportation fees.
When the animals arrive, they provide these wonderful creatures with loving temporary homes filled with belly rubs, kisses, treats and warm beds to sleep in. They treat these homeless animals as if they were their own.
If you live in or near Lebanon New Jersey, this is your opportunity to adopt a needy dog into your home and give it the loving care and attention (s)he craves and needs.
